Crypto Donations in 2026: Whether and How Charities Should Accept
CLE, CFP, CFRE, CPA and CPE credits available
The Fall Webinar program, hosted by the PGRT Board, is an opportunity for PGRT members and non-members to connect and watch a broadcast webinar from the National Association of Charitable Gift Planners (NACGP).
About the Program
As cryptocurrency becomes an increasingly mainstream asset, charities may get an influx of donors asking whether they can donate their Bitcoin (or a weirder alternative!). How can charities move to implement gift acceptance for this still-new asset class? What are the challenges? Are there alternative strategies for acceptance?
This session will focus on successful setup and acceptance practices for gifts of cryptocurrency.
